A popular forward has returned to Hallam for the third time.
Iren Wilson is back after a brief spell with Handsworth, coincidentally Hallam’s opponents earlier today.
Wilson was a major part of Hallam’s Division One title-winning squad before leaving for Liversedge in the summer.
He briefly came back for a short spell at the beginning of the season prior to the move to Handsworth.
Craig Denton said: “I was made aware that Iren was me keen on a move back to Sandygate.
“We’ve spoken at length with Iren regards his return and he understands there is a lot of hard work to do but wants to be a part of Hallam FC.
“As the manager of the football club, I have to make the best decision for the team.
“With Iren he offers us pace and quality and will add something different to our attack.”
