Players commit to Silsden

Six players have so far been retained by new Silsden joint managers Matt Cavanagh and Luke Lavery.

Toolstation NCEL Premier Division Silsden have appointed Matt Cavanagh and Luke Lavery as the club’s new joint managers. The pair, who recently guided Silsden Reserves to the West Yorkshire League Division One title, replace Danny Forrest. Defender Shaun Airey will hold the position of assistant coach. Toolstation NCEL Premier Division Round-Up Andrew Higgins gained a precious point for relegation-threatened Hemsworth Miners Welfare who drew 1-1 with Silsden.
