Stef Holt has been magnificent for Shaw Lane this season
Stef Holt won two awards at Toolstation NCEL Premier Division champions Shaw Lane Aquaforce’s presentation night on Saturday night.
Former Ossett Albion captain Holt made the brave decision to drop down one level in the summer and he has had some fantastic displays in an Aquaforce shirt this season.
He is very popular amongst the fans and that was demonstrated when he won the supporters’ vote.
The centre-half has also impressed Craig Elliott as he also went home with the manager’s player of the year trophy.
Inside a packed room, highly-rated full-back Gary Stohrer won the praise of his team-mates by receiving the players’ player of the year gong.
