Hall Road Rangers are all set for their first match at their new home Haworth Park tomorrow night.

FA Trophy winners North Ferriby United are the opponents for the historic evening – two months after the club said farewell to Dene Park.

Volunteers have been working round the clock to get Haworth Park up to Toolstation NCEL Division One standard. The changing rooms and dugouts have been renovated, while work on the new floodlights has started.

Martin Thacker said: “I’d just like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone to a new era in the history of Hall Road Rangers.

“Hopefully this season will be as positive on the pitch as it has been off it.”

Kick off is 7pm due to the floodlights not being in operation yet.
