Hallam manager Ryan Hindley has strengthened his backroom team as he aims to mount another promotion bid next season.

Stephen Whitehead, the former number two to Chris Millington at Clipstone during the 2014-15 season, joins as joint assistant manager along with Stuart Lowe. Whitehead is also known for his association with successful Sheffield Sunday side Royal Earl.

Hindley said: “I’m over the moon to bring Steve to the club.  He is proven and has been successful at this level.”
