Glasshoughton Welfare talisman Ryan Poskitt has won the Crawford HR March Player of the Month vote.

The former Worsbrough Bridge man has been in sensational form for the past two months and is a deserved winner.

He takes home a trophy and bottle of red wine.

Stocksbridge Park Steels midfielder Richard Stirrup finished second, followed by Maltby’s Reece Wesley.

The monthly polls are a prequel to the end of season player of the year vote. A shortlist of players will be announced in the next week and the eventual winner take home £100 and a brand new trophy.
