Super ‘Sedge win 3-0 at Harrogate

Goals from Brad Davies, Rhys Davies and Joe Walton guided Liversedge to a 3-0 victory at Harrogate Railway.

The win keeps Jonathan Rimmington’s men on course for a top half-finish.

Title-chasing Pontefract Collieries came from behind to win 3-1 at Hall Road Rangers. Gareth Owen fired Hall Road ahead, but Aaron Moxam (2) and Jack Greenhough turned the game around for the Colls.

Albion Sports were beaten by Bottesford Town and Athersley Rec lost to Staveley Miners Welfare.

In Division One, Lee Bradshaw’s late long range stunner secured Campion a tremendous 1-0 victory at promotion-chasing Grimsby Borough, who pressed the self-destruct button as yet again they had two players sent off.

Glasshoughton Welfare were held to a goal-less draw by fellow play-offs chasers Winterton Rangers, who seemed happy to accept a point from the moment the game kicked off.

Worsbrough Bridge suffered a disappointing 6-3 home defeat to Retford United. Player/manager Lee Morris got two of Bridge’s goals. Ben Grech-Brooksbank got the other.

Mitch Dunne scored a first half hat-trick as explosive Hallam stormed to a 5-1 win at Nostell Miners Welfare. Young Liam Owen scored Nostell’s goal.

Christian Fox’s Selby Town went down 2-0 at Shirebrook Town, while Eccleshill United drew 2-2 at AFC Emley.
