Liversedge have pulled off an impressive coup with the signing of AFC Mansfield striker Ollie Fearon.
Provided star forward Joe Walton remains with ‘Sedge, Jonathan Rimmington will have a powerful strike-force next season with his talisman Walton leading the line with Fearon.
Fearon has built his reputation from prolific spells with Mansfield, Handsworth Parramore, Penistone Church and Worsbrough Bridge.
Rimmington said: “It is a major signing and it is certainly a statement about what we want to do.
“Being able to attract someone of Ollie Fearon’s calibre is testament to just how far we have come in the past few years. He’s looking forward to playing alongside Joe, that was one of the main attractions for him.”
