Scarborough Athletic first team coach Steve Roberts is the new manager of Pickering Town.
Roberts, a former Pickering midfielder, was appointed just hours after the departure of Denny Ingram.
Roberts has had a variety of coaching roles with Scarborough, most recently as first team coach to John Deacey and Darren Kelly. He also served as caretaker manager on two occasions.
His first game in charge is the trip to Ramsbottom United tomorrow.
