FC Halifax Town attacker Matty Warburton has been named as the National League player of the month for December.
Warburton scored three in three during Halifax’s rise to become joint leaders of the National League during December.
He joined Halifax during the summer and he has been an important figure during the club’s brilliant season so far.
Halifax are now the outright leaders and they sit one point clear of Chesterfield.
However, Chesterfield have two games-in-hand.
Halifax are away at Maidenhead United on Saturday.
