Paul Marshall’s Garforth Town head to the Keepmoat Stadium tonight hoping to round off an unforgettable season with some silverware.
Standing between them and the trophy is Nathan Jarman’s Barton Town, who themselves have had a decent campaign.
Garforth are aiming to win the League Cup for the first time since Dave Parker led them to glory in 2000.
Despite missing out on finishing second place, Garforth will look back on this season as a huge success as their third-place finish is their best in years.
Garforth’s last piece of silverware was the 2010 West Riding County Cup triumph.
