Redcar Athletic have pulled off a coup with the capture of a player who impressed in the Northern Premier League last season.
Brandon Holdsworth is Redcar’s first summer signing and for Redcar, who have only been a Northern League side for a few years, it is a brilliant capture.
Holdsworth scored seven times for Pickering in the NPL Division One East.
Manager Steve Connolly said: “He’s very versatile and he will improve our forward line.
“He’ll give us more options than we had last year, and we’re really excited to get him in.”
