NPL Division One East
Mike Thompson has begun to reveal his Bridlington Town squad as he prepares for the new NPL Division One East season.
Changes are afoot at Queensgate as Brid have lost a few from the side who stayed up under former manager Brett Agnew.
That said, at least seven players have pledged to remain with Brid – with five of those announced so far.
Long-serving trio James Hitchcock, Andy Norfolk and Benn Lewis are going nowhere and they were first players to be revealed them to be staying.
Between them they have played nearly played 750 times for Brid.
Centre-back Jack Bulless has committed along with the man who kept Brid up – Lewis Dennison, another player who has a long service record with the club.
Two new faces have been confirmed.
One is striker Ali Aydemir who arrives from Grantham Town.
The other is right-back/midfielder Will Taylor who was a Pickering Town player last season.
