An incredible 1408 people watched Armthorpe Welfare’s prestigious friendly with League Two neighbours Doncaster Rovers.

Armthorpe’s biggest crowd in years watched Gary McSheffrey’s Doncaster win 2-0 thanks to two second half goals.

In the Friday night fixtures, Bradford (Park Avenue) went down 2-0 to Bradford City in front of over 2000 people at Horsfall Stadium.
