New Beverley Town defender Alex Knaggs

Beverley Town’s squad continues to grow with a host of new faces and players from their last season in the Humber Premier League.

Staying at Beverley are Danny Finch and Joe Norton after playing for the club in the HPL during the Mike Thompson era.

Beverley’s new goalkeeper is Sam Riches who played for Glasshoughton Welfare last season.

Reece Moody has joined Beverley Town

Young defender Harry Griffin joins from Hall Road Rangers along with Alex Knaggs who will reconnect his centre-half partnership with James Piercy.

Also arriving from Hall Road are striker Reece Moody and Lewis Gibson.

Beverley drew 1-1 with Brigg Town in their first pre-season friendly.

Next up is tomorrow night’s trip to Frickley Athletic.
