Ossett United could see in a familiar face in Stocksbridge Park Steels’ squad tonight.
Ify Ofoegbu left Ossett last week and he’s now signed for Stocksbridge – with the two sides playing each other tonight at Ingfield.
Ian Richards told Stocksbridge’s website: “I am excited to sign Ify Ofoegby from Ossett. He is the perfect player and character we need at the club.
“He has had experience at a higher level and been a success already at this level. He offers pace, power and directness to our front line, which will compliment the quality we already have in this area.
“Speaking to those who have played and managed him previously, his attitude and commitment are excellent and with being only 22 is going to fit in perfectly in our squad and will grow and develop as a player within the group.”
