Ombeni Ruhanduka can now play for Goole after International Clearance was granted
Duka could make his Goole AFC debut this weekend after the Scottish FA finally granted international clearance.
The stand-off with the Scottish football authorities lasted over two weeks – a process that Goole boss Dave Anderson thought would happen overnight.
The former Bridlington Town striker, whose full name is Ombeni Ruhanduka, spent some of last season and the start of the current campaign with Scottish Amateur League side Motherwell Thistle.
Goole host fellow strugglers Burscough on Saturday at the Victoria Pleasure Grounds.
