A fabulous first half overhead kick from striker Paul Clayton, recalled to the side, set the Ducks on their way.
An excellent goal from star man Alex Byrne straight after the interval sealed the points.
Shaw Lane now go into the biggest game in their history, the Emirates FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie with National League strugglers Barrow, full of confidence.
The clash takes place on Sunday at Sheerien Park.
