Glasshoughton Welfare finally have extreme firepower back in their side as Nathan Perks has returned to them.
Perks was a key reason behind Glasshoughton’s success last season as his goals propelled them into the promotion race.
But he left them in February to join Pickering Town in the Northern Premier League and Welfare were unable to replace them.
It is not a surprise that he has gone back to Leeds Road as he had already dual-registered with them.
